Rough cut 5

This is my rough cut 5. I made a few changes in sound effects, such as adjusting the volume and adding more color-grading, making it turn a little bit green. Otherwise, I kept the same. 

Rough cut 4

In this rough cut, I changed my logo from black background to white and added more colors to the whales. Besides that, I moved all the credits to the front and changed my music for the second half of the sequence based on my audience's feedback. I also fixed the echo effects during the close-up shot of the water bottle. Overall, I think this rough cut was good and greatly improved.  

Rough cut 3

This is my rough cut 3. I was able to complete the full video, but... Because it's a 4:00 AM product, the sound design was still terrible, so I had to fix it later. Also, my instructor said that my video was not an opening sequence but looked like a trailer. It was all because I put all the credit at the end of the video. I then changed it and moved it to the front.

This is the product after reshooting; the timeline is much better, and the narrative goes smoothly. I am satisfied with this. 

Rough cut 1

This is the very first idea for my opening sequences. However, as you can see, the time is the biggest problem in this rough cut. 7 minutes... That's why I decided to film again.

Company Logo

Application: Procreate

Meaning: "Blue Compass Studio," a name that reminds us of a sense of the beach. Therefore, I took the whale as the representative animal for my company. Often associated with broadness and intelligence, the whale shows the company’s commitment to meaningful storytelling and emotional content. At the front, the glowing orb feels like a guiding light, showing the path toward new ideas and fresh creativity. The fluid, a mixture of blue and gold, reflects a free spirit, bringing energy and movement to the logo.

To conclude, the logo conveys that "Blue Compass Studio" is an independent company that values creativity in the media industry.
