Individual ideas

In this practical, we are doing it as a team of 3: Nguyen Minh Hanh, Le Hoang Tue Anh, and Tran Hoang Linh. Each of us created an individual script and compared it later. Here is our own script. 

Idea 1: A secret trade by me

Characters: Spy A, Spy B, an unknown person who stares at the two spies while they are making a private transaction. 

Location: At a park and inside the alley

Plot: Spies A and B are trying to deliver a secret suitcase at the entertainment park. Spy A is waiting for Spy B, who is late. Spy A is nervous because there could be some undercover cops in the park, and he fears any issues during the waiting time could cause trouble for the mission and their organization. On the other hand, Spy B struggled with his rivals because of the plan's failure. However, he managed to win the battle and take the suitcase. Finally, the two spies met at the park, and the trade was made. However, a mysterious smile appeared on Spy B's face after Spy A left. He then rested on the chair and suddenly turned his head around, noticing someone standing behind the tree for a long time. Does Spy B become a betrayer? Who knows.

Idea by Le Hoang Tue Anh

Characters: Spy A and B

Location: Park

Plot: Spy A finished his mission. Then he received a call from Spy B, who informed him that a "drop" had just arrived and he needed to pick it up from Spy B at a park. After ending the call, Spy B camouflaged himself as an ice cream man and met Spy A at the park. Spy A anxiously waited on a bench for Spy B to deliver the "drop." The exchange occurred when they spotted each other, and then both spies left discreetly to avoid detection.

IDEA by Nguyen Minh Hanh

Characters: Spy A and the "nun"

Location: Church

A spy enters a church and sits in a pew to make a secret transaction. Soon after, a "nun" enters and cautiously looks around for suspicious activity. She sits next to the spy with a mysterious suitcase, and they discreetly check if it's correct. The spy takes the briefcase and leaves the church. After the spy departs, the nun raises her hands and begins to pray to Jesus.

I prefer Minh Hanh's plot because it fully and in detail conveys the plot. It also creates a sense of mystery that can easily attract a larger audience. For instance, the idea of the nun being revealed as a spy who has been hiding in the church for a long time is intriguing. Will she be discovered by the priest? The camera techniques she plans to use, such as MCU, CU, two shots, and long shots, are captivating. However, after our discussion, we created a new storyboard with specific plans in three separate storyboards. We found that the setting in Hanh's story would be challenging to film, so we wanted to develop a new plot set in an old building. 

The final storyboard will be titled "THE MISSION."
